Job Description: Senior Presentation Designer

Role Overview:

We are looking for a high-energy Presentation Designer who can turn boring bullet points into cinematic visual stories. Youll be the bridge between complex data and clear, persuasive design, ensuring every deck that leaves this office is "investor-ready."

Key Responsibilities

• Slide Crafting: Design high-end PowerPoint presentations from scratch, including custom templates, master slides, and complex animations.
• Visual Storytelling: Translate abstract business strategies into compelling visual narratives and flowcharts.
• Data Visualization: Convert messy Excel sheets into clean, impactful charts and infographics.
• Brand Stewardship: Ensure 100% consistency with corporate brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
• Asset Creation: Use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to create custom icons and edit photography for slide integration.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in a professional design role (agency or corporate environment preferred).
• Tech Stack: Expert-level mastery of Microsoft PowerPoint; proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Ai, Ps).
• Portfolio: A proven track record showing before-and-after slide transformations and data-heavy layouts.
• Soft Skills: Ability to handle high-pressure deadlines and "last-minute" executive edits without breaking a sweat.

Preferred "Bonus" Skills

• Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) PowerPoint Certification.
• Experience with Google Slides, Keynote, or motion graphics.
