• Excellent communication and parent engagement abilities
• A warm, empathetic, and child-centric approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the preschool branch
• Lead and mentor a team of educators
• Ensure high-quality curriculum implementation
• Build strong relationships with parents and the community
• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
