Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Preschool Admin located in Narsingi. The Preschool Admin will manage daily administrative tasks, maintain records, parent handling, and ensure the smooth operation of the preschool. Responsibilities include coordinating with parents and staff, managing communication, providing customer support, and supporting finance-related duties. The role also entails problem-solving and upholding policies to create a positive and efficient environment.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in administrative assistance and record management
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Basic knowledge or experience in financial management and related practices
  • Team-oriented, organized, and detail-focused
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively
  • Previous experience in preschool administration or early childhood education is an advantage
  • Proficiency with relevant software, such as basic office applications
