Presales Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Lead with Call centre background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, team management, and relevant industry knowledge. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of your team, ensuring goals are met, and driving performance and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead, manage, and motivate a team to achieve departmental goals and KPIs.

* Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement improvements.

* Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth collaboration.

* Ensure that team members are properly trained and equipped to succeed in their roles.

* Develop and implement strategies to enhance team productivity and efficiency.

* Handle escalated issues and ensure resolutions in a timely manner.

* Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance for professional development.

* Maintain a positive and supportive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.

Required Profile:

Education : Any Graduation

Experience : 4+ years (Minimum 2+ years experience as Team Leader - Preferred form real estate / call centre)

Location : Whitefield, Bengaluru.

Working days : 6 days with one rotational week-off

Languages : English mandatory with south languages.
