At Konverz.ai, were building an AI-powered conversational intelligence platform that helps enterprises make better talent decisions across hiring, internal mobility, and skill developmentusing behavioural science, psycholinguistics, and advanced AI.

As we scale across India and Southeast Asia (Malaysia, Singapore), were looking for a sharp Pre-Sales Manager to partner closely with our Sales team and help build a strong, high-quality pipeline.


What youll do

  • Research, prospect, and qualify enterprise HR accounts (CHROs, TA & L&D leaders)
  • Lead early discovery conversations and qualification-stage demos
  • Assess solution fit and ensure only high-quality opportunities move forward
  • Support Sales with account intelligence, stakeholder mapping, and demo inputs
  • Maintain strong CRM hygiene and accurate pipeline tracking
  • Share market and customer insights with Product & Marketing teams


What were looking for

  • 23 years of experience in Pre-Sales / SDR / BDR roles (B2B SaaS or HR Tech preferred)
  • Strong communication and discovery skills with senior HR stakeholders
  • Experience conducting early-stage product demos
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Freshworks, HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and process-driven mindset
