Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Presales Executive to generate qualified leads, nurture prospects, and support the sales team for our projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a customer-focused approach.


Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, walk-ins, and databases
  • Explain project details, pricing, offers, and key highlights to prospective buyers
  • Qualify leads based on budget, timeline, and interest level
  • Schedule site visits/meetings for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture warm and cold leads
  • Handle inbound enquiries professionally and convert them into appointments
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and booking targets
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for campaign feedback
  • Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships


Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication (English, Hindi & Telugu preferred)
  • Confident, persuasive, and customer-friendly approach
  • Basic knowledge of real estate sales process
  • Good follow-up and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle objections and close conversations positively
  • Basic computer skills (Excel/CRM tools/Google Sheets)
  • Target-oriented mindset
  • Any Graduate / MBA preferred
  • Experience in Real Estate is an advantage
