Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Presales Executive to generate qualified leads, nurture prospects, and support the sales team for our projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, walk-ins, and databases
- Explain project details, pricing, offers, and key highlights to prospective buyers
- Qualify leads based on budget, timeline, and interest level
- Schedule site visits/meetings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM
- Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture warm and cold leads
- Handle inbound enquiries professionally and convert them into appointments
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and booking targets
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for campaign feedback
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication (English, Hindi & Telugu preferred)
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-friendly approach
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales process
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle objections and close conversations positively
- Basic computer skills (Excel/CRM tools/Google Sheets)
- Target-oriented mindset
- Any Graduate / MBA preferred
- Experience in Real Estate is an advantage
