Job Description:

Drive lead conversion by strategically managing and engaging with incoming and outgoing leads across networks.

Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferences through phone calls, emails, and chats.

Educate clients about available projects, amenities, pricing, and other relevant details.

Qualify leads based on interest, readiness, and financial capability.

Schedule and coordinate site visits for prospective clients with the sales team.

Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate lead data, follow-up status, and notes.

Collaborate with the marketing team to give feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.

Prepare regular reports on lead status, conversion pipeline, and sales team coordination.

Maintain high levels of professionalism and service excellence in all client interactions.


Qualifications:

3 plus years of experience in presales/customer service/sales coordination (any industry)

* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

* Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability
