Pre-Sales Specialist / Tele-Caller | Interior Design | HSR Layout, Bangalore

The Signature Design Studio is hiring Pre-Sales Specialists with exceptional communication skills to be the first voice our clients hear.

• Position: Pre-Sales Specialist / Tele-Caller
• Experience: 3 months 2 years
• Salary: 18,000 25,000/month + Performance Incentives
• Location: HSR Layout Sector 6, Bangalore (convenient commute required )
• Openings: 3 Full-Time Positions

Exceptional Communication Skills

• Fluent, professional spoken English (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
• Strong voice modulation and phone presence
• Proficiency in Hindi/Kannada is a plus

Relevant Experience

• 3 months 2 years in Pre-Sales, Tele-Calling, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or Lead Generation
• Any industry background accepted (internships count!)

Location

• Easy commute to HSR Layout Sector 6, Bangalore

• Prior experience in interior design, architecture, home dcor, or home improvement industries
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Google Sheets)
• Proven track record of meeting call/booking targets

Lead Generation & Engagement

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries professionally
• Make outbound calls to potential clients daily
• Qualify leads through consultative conversations

Appointment Setting

• Schedule design consultations for our team
• Follow up to ensure zero no-shows
• Manage calendars and confirmations

Conversion & Documentation

• Generate excitement about our design solutions
• Achieve daily/weekly call volume and booking targets
• Maintain accurate CRM records

Earnings Potential:

• Base: 18,000 25,000/month
• Incentive: 200 500 per confirmed consultation
• Monthly Top Performer Bonus: Up to 5,000
• Total potential: 25,000 30,000/month
