Role Purpose

This role is responsible for driving revenue by working closely with prospective and existing clients to understand their business needs and propose tailored Technical-Commercial solutions from Pine Labs Credit+ product suite. This role sits at the intersection of sales, product, and technology, supporting the sales lifecycle through solutioning, pre-sales engagements, and deal closures. The role requires strong consultative selling skills, the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders.


Responsibilities we entrust you with

Pre-Sales & Solutioning

  • Engage with prospects and customers during the pre-sales phase to understand business requirements and use cases.
  • Design and propose solution-led sales pitches aligned to customer needs using Pine Labs Credit+ Issuing (Credit/Debit/Prepaid/CLOU) and Acquiring (Online / Offline) Processing offerings.
  • Support sales teams with solution architecture, demos, presentations, and technical clarifications.
  • Translate product and technical capabilities into clear business value propositions.

Sales & Revenue Support

  • Support end-to-end sales cycles from opportunity discovery through deal closure.
  • Partner with account managers to build and manage pipelines and support revenue targets.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, pricing, commercials, and RFP/RFI responses.
  • Participate in negotiations by addressing solution feasibility, scope, and delivery considerations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Solutions teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and scalable.
  • Provide structured feedback from customers and prospects to influence product enhancements and roadmap decisions.
  • Support GTM launches and internal enablement for new products and solutions.

Market & Customer Insights

  • Understand customer workflows, industry trends, and competitive offerings to strengthen solutioning.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell through deeper solution engagement.
  • Support post-sale handovers to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success.


What matters in this role?

Relevant work experience

  • 4 to 8 years of experience in pre-sales, solution sales, or consultative B2B sales roles.
  • Experience working with technical or product-led solutions, preferably in fintech and/or payments.
  • Strong ability to articulate complex solutions in a simple, customer-centric manner.
  • Exposure to RFPs, proposals, demos, and enterprise sales processes.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
