This is a full-time, on-site role for a Presales Specialist based in Bengaluru. The Presales Specialist will be responsible for assisting the sales team in identifying customer needs, preparing presentations, and creating tailored solutions. They will also serve as the first point of contact for clients, offering consulting services and answering inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research and collaborating with internal teams to support the sales process effectively.

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored recommendations
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and maintain positive relationships
• Consulting expertise to understand client requirements and offer customized solutions
• Proven experience or knowledge in Presales processes, including presentations and proposal development
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in CRM tools, sales software, or similar is an advantage
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field
