Role Overview-

We are seeking a proactive and persuasiveInside Sales Specialist / Presales Executive /Telecallerto drive business growth by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and setting up sales opportunities. This role is crucial in converting leads into sales-ready prospects and supporting the business development team in achieving revenue goals.


Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services and generate interest.

Engage with inbound leads, qualify them, and convert them into sales opportunities.

Clearly communicate the value proposition of our offerings and handle client objections effectively.

Schedule appointments andset meetingsfor the business development team.

Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and messages to nurture relationships.

Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and customer information.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and conversion goals.

Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

Provide feedback on customer responses to improve sales and marketing efforts

  • Comfortable making multiple calls daily
  • Serious about work and career growth (not a temporary or casual role)


Experience Requirements:

  • 03 years of experience in:
  • Pre-sales
  • Inside sales
  • Business development
  • Call-based sales / lead qualification
  • Real estate experience is a strong plus, but not mandatory if communication is excellent.

Bangalore (On-onsite)
