Role Summary

We are seeking a "Builder-Seller" for large-scale digital transformation deals ($10M TO $100M+). You must have a mandatory hands-on delivery background (Architecture + Implementation) before moving into Presales. You will own the end-to-end solution, from discovery and HLD to commercial structuring (BOT/Outsourcing) and delivery handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Deal Ownership: Lead end-to-end RFP/RFI responses, effort estimation, and pricing for complex $10M+ deals.
• Architecture: Design scalable solutions using AI/GenAI (RAG, LLMOps), Microservices, and Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Commercials: Structure multi-year deals, including SOWs, SLAs, and transition plans (incumbent exits).
• Client Defense: Present and defend architectural choices to CTO-level stakeholders during Orals.
• Governance: Apply frameworks like MEDDIC or Shipley for deal qualification and win strategy.

Requirements

• Experience: 718 years total. Minimum 5 years in Presales + prior experience in technical delivery.
• Technical: Deep expertise in Kubernetes, DevSecOps, Kafka, and Cloud-native design.
• Domain: Exposure to Healthcare, Travel, Airlines Telecom, or BFSI is preferred.
• Travel: Willingness to travel for client workshops and deal pursuits.
