Role Overview

We are seeking a Presales & Solutioning Consultant Digital Workplace Services to support strategic deal pursuits and business growth initiatives across our Digital Workplace portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring strong presales acumen, structured solution thinking, and the ability to translate client requirements into competitive, scalable, and commercially viable Digital Workplace solutions.

This role is focused on solution design, commercial modeling, proposal leadership, and client-facing consulting for opportunities covering:

  • IT Service Desk & Managed Workplace Services
  • End User Computing (EUC)
  • Workplace Modernization (M365, Collaboration, Mobility)
  • Digital Employee Experience & EUEM
  • Device & Endpoint Management
  • Workplace Automation & AI-led Service Desk


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Presales & Deal Support

  • Lead and manage responses to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs for Digital Workplace opportunities.
  • Develop end-to-end solution constructs including operating model, transition approach, governance, SLAs, automation strategy, and transformation roadmap.
  • Build effort estimations, cost models, pricing strategy, and margin analysis in collaboration with finance and delivery teams.
  • Support competitive positioning and win strategy development.
  • Participate in client discussions, workshops, due diligence sessions, and proposal defense meetings.


Solution Architecture & Commercial Structuring

  • Translate client business requirements into structured Digital Workplace managed services solutions.
  • Define service scope, delivery model (onshore/offshore/nearshore), automation levers, and value realization roadmap.
  • Develop transformation-led propositions (AI-enabled service desk, self-heal automation, experience monitoring, Zero Trust endpoints, etc.).
  • Conduct solution reviews to ensure technical feasibility and commercial viability.


Stakeholder & Partner Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Delivery, Finance, Alliances, and OEM partners (Microsoft, ServiceNow, VMware, Citrix, etc.).
  • Align proposed solutions with alliance capabilities and platform roadmaps.
  • Build reusable artifacts such as solution templates, pricing calculators, standard slide decks, and case repositories.


Market Intelligence & Innovation

  • Track trends in Digital Workplace transformation including:
  • AI/GenAI-led Service Desk
  • Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM)
  • Automation & Hyperautomation
  • Unified Endpoint Management
  • Workplace Security & Zero Trust
  • Contribute to thought leadership, capability decks, and go-to-market materials.


Required Qualifications

  • MBA (Business / Strategy / IT) with a Bachelors in Engineering or equivalent.
  • 4-6 years of experience in:
  • IT Services Presales / Solutioning
  • Digital Workplace / EUC Consulting
  • Managed Services Bid Management
  • Strong experience in:
  • RFP/RFI response development
  • Commercial modeling & pricing strategy
  • Client-facing presentations & stakeholder engagement
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes, Managed Services constructs, and Workplace transformation models.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong business communication and consultative skills.


Preferred Certifications

  • ITIL Foundation
  • Microsoft Modern Workplace / M365 Fundamentals
  • ServiceNow Fundamentals
  • Any certification in Endpoint Management / EUC / Device Management
  • Presales or Solution Architecture certifications (added advantage)
