Presales & Solutioning – Cloud, Infrastructure & Security (CIS)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Presales & Solutioning Consultant within the Cloud, Infrastructure & Security CIS) services domain to lead strategic solutioning and pursuit management for complex, multi-tower managed services opportunities. This role is focused on deal shaping, end-to-end solution architecture, commercial modeling, and executive engagement across large Cloud transformation, Infrastructure modernization, and Cybersecurity services engagements.

The ideal candidate will combine strong architectural depth with commercial acumen to build secure, scalable, automation-first operating models aligned to client business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Deal Solutioning & Pursuit Leadership

• Lead end-to-end solution development for Cloud & Infrastructure Services pursuits (RFP/RFI/RFQ).
• Own solution strategy including operating model design, transition roadmap, governance framework, SLAs, automation approach, and transformation milestones.
• Shape multi-tower managed services deals spanning:
• Cloud Transformation (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Data Center & Hybrid Infrastructure
• Network & Security Services
• Digital Workplace Services Service Desk, End User Services
• SRE & Platform Operations
• Develop competitive positioning and win themes aligned to client business priorities.

Architecture & Commercial Structuring

• Translate customer business challenges into scalable cloud-native and hybrid infrastructure architectures.
• Design automation-first operational models leveraging:
• Infrastructure-as-Code
• DevOps & CI/CD frameworks
• AIOps & Observability
• Self-heal & Auto-remediation models
• Build effort estimations, TCO/ROI models, pricing strategies, and margin analysis in partnership with finance and delivery.
• Ensure solutions are executable, scalable, and aligned with organizational capabilities.

Client Engagement & Executive Communication

• Participate in discovery workshops, technical deep-dives, and due diligence sessions.
• Lead proposal orals, board-level presentations, and solution defense meetings.
• Articulate business value including cost optimization, modernization roadmap, cloud economics, and risk mitigation.
• Simplify complex architecture concepts for CXO-level audiences.

Required Experience

• 1015 years of experience in IT Infrastructure & Cloud Services.
• Minimum 57 years in Presales / Solution Architecture for large managed services or transformation deals.
• Proven experience in:
• Multi-million-dollar Cloud & Infrastructure pursuits
• Managed Services commercial constructs
• Global delivery models (onshore/offshore/nearshore)
• Strong understanding of:
• Cloud migration & modernization strategies
• Hybrid infrastructure environments
• Automation-first infrastructure operations
• ITIL-based service management frameworks
• Experience building business cases, TCO/ROI analysis, and value-led transformation proposals.

Preferred Certifications

• AWS / Azure / GCP Architect Certifications
• ITIL Foundation or Expert
• TOGAF or Enterprise Architecture certifications
• DevOps / Automation certifications (added advantage)
