Location: Greater Noida, 5 days work from office

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Presales Solution Architect with deep domain expertise in Observability, IT Operations Management (ITOM), Automation, Monitoring , and ITSM platforms . This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in client-facing environments and are passionate about crafting innovative solutions that drive digital transformation.

Client Engagement & Solutioning

• Partner with sales and account teams to understand client needs and propose tailored observability and ITSM solutions.
• Lead technical discovery workshops to assess current environments and identify gaps.
• Design and present high-level and detailed solution architectures, including integration strategies and implementation roadmaps.

Proposal & RFP Support

• Develop technical responses to RFPs/RFIs, including architecture, effort estimation, and value proposition.
• Create impactful presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs) to showcase solution capabilities.

Thought Leadership

• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in observability, automation, and ITSM.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, whitepapers, and best practices.

Collaboration & Enablement

• Work closely with product, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure feasibility and alignment of proposed solutions.
• Mentor junior architects and presales consultants.

Skills & Experience

• 812 years of experience in IT infrastructure, operations, and enterprise architecture.
• Proven track record in presales or solution architecture roles with strong client engagement.
• Expertise in Observability & Monitoring tools : BMC, Microfocus (OpenText), Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, New Relic, Datadog, ScienceLogic, SolarWinds, etc.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM/ITOM platforms , especially ServiceNow (CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, Incident/Change Management).
• Hands-on experience with automation tools : Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Terraform.
• Proficiency in scripting languages : Python, PowerShell.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage with C-level stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Experience in crafting solution strategies for large enterprise clients.
