Requirement:


  • Lead Presales team and sales enablement
  • Should have experience working on/driving 10M$+ deals /proposals, understanding of various commercial models in Software engineering/IT background
  • Oversee and guide team involved in end-to-end RFI, RFP and RFQ activities, along with deal qualification, win themes, strategies, executive summaries and cost benefit analysis
  • Guide presales team involved in making detailed proposals and implementation plan & commercials in consultation with the Delivery and Practice teams.
  • Guide presales team involved in making , pitch decks customer presentations, demonstrations, and discovery workshop activities across service lines (product and platform engineering, data management & analytics, digital enterprise across Tech, BFSI, Life Sciences, GCC and Retail domain)
  • Act as the single point of coordination between sales, delivery, finance, legal, and partners during the presales phase
  • Design service offerings collaterals by considering customer requirements and accordingly modify existing solution approach and pitch
  • Liaise between Delivery, Practice, Finance and Legal teams for the proposals and contracts
  • Manage pre-sales tracker and pipeline to track key account movements, win / loss probabilities, competition mapping, buyer personas, engagement history and conversions/losses
  • Manage and create all go-to-market (GTM) decks (slides), competition battlecards and product/service collaterals specific to clients.
  • Participate in Sales Review calls to optimize the Pipeline
  • Identify and network with prospective clients, generating business from the existing accounts and achieving profitability and increased sales growth.
  • Build and maintain healthy business relations with high network and corporate clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction matrices by achieving delivery and service quality norms
  • Candidate should have an Engineering background, preferably an MBA with 7 to 10 years of IT services industry experience
  • Strong understanding of IT services delivery models (onsite/offshore, agile, managed services)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Commercial awareness and deal-shaping mindset
  • Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
