Presales Manager Digital Engineering

Location: Noida

Experience: 10-15 years (strong Presales exposure required)

Shift Timing: 7 PM-4AM IST

5 Days work from office


Job Summary

We are seeking a Presales Manager Digital Engineering to support and drive presales engagements for the US market . This role will partner closely with US-based sales teams and enterprise clients to shape digital engineering solutions, lead bid responses, and support large, complex deal pursuits. The ideal candidate brings strong solutioning expertise, excellent client-facing skills, and experience working across US time zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end presales solutioning for US-based digital engineering opportunities.
  • Lead RFP/RFI/RFQ responses , proposal development, effort estimation, and pricing for the US market.
  • Collaborate with US sales, account management, and delivery teams to create differentiated, value-led solutions.
  • Design and present Digital Engineering solutions including application modernization, cloud-native platforms, data engineering, AI/ML, and DevOps.
  • Conduct customer workshops, solution presentations, and executive discussions with US clients (CXO, VP, Director level).
  • Build compelling value propositions, ROI models, and solution narratives aligned to US client expectations.
  • Ensure smooth transition from presales to delivery through detailed solution documentation and handover.
  • Track US market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing benchmarks to strengthen win rates.
  • Support deal shaping, qualification, and pipeline reviews for US accounts.
  • Mentor junior presales team members and contribute to digital engineering competency development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Presales / Solution Architecture within IT services or digital engineering firms.
  • Strong exposure to US enterprise clients and presales cycles.
  • Solid understanding of:
  • Application Development & Modernization
  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Microservices, APIs, DevOps & CI/CD
  • Data Engineering, Analytics, AI/ML (solution-level knowledge)
  • Proven experience in large deal solutioning , estimation models, and US pricing structures.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in US time zones and handle multiple parallel pursuits.
