Position:- Pre-sales Executive

Location :- Ahmedabad - HO

Exp req:- 3 - 5 yrs.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate interest in real estate projects.

Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and assign them to the sales team.

Provide detailed information about projects, amenities, pricing, and location advantages to potential customers.

Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead information and follow-up status.

Schedule site visits and ensure seamless coordination between prospects and sales teams.

Conduct follow-ups through calls, emails, and messages to nurture leads.

Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and project-related materials.

Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion.

Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to management.

Achieve monthly targets for lead conversions and appointment setting.

Presales Executive
