Presales Executive / Sr. Presales Executive-B2B Fintech
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 4-5 Years
Someone who knows how to sell Tech Solutions, make SOW, and do the domestartion around it in front of the client, leading to closing the deal ultimately.
About Company :
A fast-growing and VC-funded fintech product is rapidly growing its organization to capture growth. The company offers AI and Blockchain-based integrated solutions to Banks, NBFCs, Insurance, and Mutual Funds to expedite their digital transformation journey. The company offers digital customer onboarding solutions that have found wide acceptance among BFSI customers. It is soon going to launch an integrated solution to digitize back-office operations for BFSI clients. The company is on an expansion spree both domestically and internationally.
Skills:
1. 4 to 5 years of experience in Sales/Presales/BA/Project Management
2. Extremely good communication and writing skills
3. Efficient in creating presentation decks and proposal documents
4. Enthusiastic about Artificial Intelligence and similar technologies
5. A fair understanding of the BFSI and Fintech Industry is good to have
6. Fair understanding of Demo Configuration
Primary Responsibilities:
Solutioning & Sales Support:
1. Product Positioning and Pitch to prospect Clients and Partners
2. Solution Demonstration to the key decision-makers and stakeholders
3. Mapping customer requirements with company products and services
4. Solutioning for customer problems and pitching the respective product/services
5. Managing Client Expectations and different teams in client organizations
6. Creating Techno-commercial Proposals and Value Proposition documents
7. Perform the required Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering, and Scoping for techno-commercial proposals
8. Create pitch decks based for proposed solution and present it to the internal & external
stakeholders
9. Work with the Project / Product teams to close the effort estimates, delivery timelines, and
Infra requirements
10. Work with Cross-functional teams to close the clients Technical, Functional, and
Infosec requirements
11. Responsible for training Sales teams on the Product, Compliance, and Technology for the
assigned use-case.
Project Delivery & Client Relationship
1. Manage the delivery (from the Business Side) by coordinating with the Project Delivery team
2. Manage expectation of the client in terms of timelines and new requests, etc.
3. Liaison with the Product and Sales teams to deliver any new product features for existing /
prospective clients
4. Update the Product team onthe Clients feedback on the product and any other market insights
5. Post Agreement Sign-off, handover the lead to the project and support team as per the SOP
Documentation:
1. Proposal and Scope of Work ownership. To get the SoW/ BRD/ Proposal and SLA Sign-off
2. Assist Sales in closing legal documents (Service Agreements, NDAs, InfoSec queries, and SLA
agreements, etc.)
3. Work actively on pitch decks, demos, and presentations of the assigned use-cases
