Role Overview
We are seeking a commercially driven Presales professional to support Enterprise GTM initiatives across CPaaS, Email, and Digital Identity portfolios. This role involves enterprise solutioning, competitive positioning, POCs, RFP responses, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Design scalable enterprise solutions across Messaging (SMS, WhatsApp, RCS), Voice, Email, Chatbots, and Digital Identity use cases.
- Translate complex business requirements into technically feasible and commercially viable solutions.
- Lead discovery workshops and technical consultations with enterprise customers.
- Support Digital Identity use cases including OTP authentication, fraud prevention, number intelligence, and identity verification.
- Drive Email solutioning including deliverability best practices, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, IP warm-up, and sender reputation management.
- Partner with Sales teams to improve win ratios and accelerate deal closures.
- Lead technical-commercial responses for RFP/RFQ opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide structured market feedback and feature enhancement inputs.
- Benchmark against CPaaS and Digital Identity competitors and contribute to positioning strategies.
Skills & Qualifications
- 24 years of experience in Presales / Solution Consulting within CPaaS, SaaS, Telecom, or Digital Identity domains.
- Strong exposure to enterprise customers across BFSI, E-commerce, Travel, Fintech, or Digital sectors.
- Experience working with Messaging APIs, WhatsApp Business API, RCS, Voice, Email platforms, and Digital Identity solutions.
- Strong understanding of API integrations and cloud-based architectures.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and work in fast-paced environments.
- Engineering background preferred; MBA is an added advantage.
