Role Overview


This is not generic pre-sales.

This is real estate buyer qualification .


You will work on high-intent inbound leads generated via AI systems and perform manual, high-quality qualification before routing prospects to developer sales teams.


You are not selling.

You are filtering signal from noise .




Key Responsibilities


  • Call and qualify inbound real estate leads generated via AI and performance campaigns
  • Understand buyer intent: self-use vs investment, budget realism, location fit, timeline
  • Assess seriousness and buying capability through structured conversations
  • Clearly tag and route only sales-ready leads to developer sales teams
  • Maintain clean CRM updates and qualification notes
  • Coordinate closely with AI systems and RevSpot Account Managers
  • Uphold quality standardswe would rather pass fewer, better leads




What This Role Is NOT


  • Not cold calling random databases
  • Not SaaS demo booking
  • Not outbound prospecting
  • Not remote or work-from-home


This is high-intent, inbound, real estate pre-sales .




Who Were Looking For


  • Experience in real estate pre-sales / inside sales / CRM calling preferred
  • Comfortable speaking to HNI and premium home buyers
  • Strong conversational ability in English + local language (Kannada/Hindi a plus)
  • Calm, confident, and structured on calls
  • High ownership mindsetno spoon-feeding
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, in-office startup environment




Location & Work Mode


  • Bangalore
  • In-office only
  • No remote, no hybrid
