Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify potential client leads by proactively engaging with investors and wealth professionals who have expressed interest in evaluating MProfits products.
- Act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, addressing their requirements, scheduling online product demonstrations, and supporting them through the evaluation process seamlessly.
- Follow up with newly onboarded clients to ensure a smooth and positive post-sales onboarding experience.
- Engage with existing clients to gather feedback, manage subscription renewals, and coordinate timely resolution of issues.
- Collaborate closely with the MProfit Support Team to assign client support requests efficiently and communicate client feedback for continuous improvement.
Desired candidate profile:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
- 1-3 years of experience in lead generation or business development.
- Basic understanding of finance products is a plus.
- Proficiency with Sales CRMs such as Hubspot, Freshsales, LeadSquared, etc.
- Passionate and a self-driven person.
