Roles & Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound leads and engage with potential clients.
- Explain company offerings and conduct tailored product/service demos.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and solution documents.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and delivery teams to design the right solutions.
- Research market trends and competitor offerings.
- Maintain client relationships throughout the presales cycle and ensure smooth handover.
- Track presales activities, proposals, and conversion metrics.
