Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated Pre-Sales/Inside Sales Associate to join our team. You will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads through various digital channels, engaging potential clients over the phone, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.The ideal candidate preferably in a B2B environment, with strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and a self-driven attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads through multiple digital channels
• Communicate with prospects via calls & messages to pitch Fruttas offerings
• Schedule meetings/demos for the sales team
• Strengthen brand presence on LinkedIn, Facebook & other digital platforms
• Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up statuses
• Send outreach emails and nurture early-stage leads
• Collaborate with sales & marketing teams for smooth conversions

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Pre-Sales / Inside Sales (preferably B2B / Corporate)
• Excellent communication & client-handling skills
• Confident, proactive, and target-driven
• Strong attention to detail with consistent reporting habits
• Ability to multitask and manage conversations efficiently
• Enthusiasm for sales & learning-focused growth
