Job Overview
DS-MAX Properties Pvt. Ltd. is hiring energetic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executives to support our Channel Sales team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 12 years of experience who are eager to build a career in real estate sales and channel management in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for channel partner and customer leads
- Qualify leads and coordinate with Channel Sales / Site Sales teams
- Schedule and track site visits and follow-ups
- Support onboarding and engagement of channel partners
- Maintain lead data, call logs, and CRM updates
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead closures
- Ensure a smooth and positive experience for customers and channel partners
- Eligibility & SkillsFreshers or candidates with 02 years of experience can apply
- Strong verbal communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to learn pre-sales, CRM handling, and real estate processes
- Target-oriented and proactive approach
- Real estate exposure is an advantage but not mandatory
- Bachelors degree in any discipline
Important Note
Face-to-face interview in Bengaluru is mandatory
- 6-day work week; public holiday working applicable
