Pre-Sales Executive – Digital Customer Engagement

Treebay is looking for a Pre-Sales Executive to manage inbound leads and client inquiries coming through CRM systems, website forms, and digital channels.

The role involves qualifying potential clients, understanding their requirements, and coordinating with the internal sales team to convert inquiries into business opportunities.

This position is ideal for professionals with experience in inside sales, lead qualification, or digital customer engagement.

• Handle incoming inquiries through CRM software, website leads, and digital platforms.
• Respond promptly to client queries with relevant service information.
• Maintain professional communication to build trust with potential clients.

• Understand client requirements and project expectations.
• Ask relevant questions to assess lead quality and potential opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries and interactions within the CRM system.

Connect qualified leads with the appropriate sales or business development team.

Schedule meetings or calls between clients and internal teams.

• Escalate detailed requirements for proposals or consultations.

• Monitor and manage communication across social media and website channels.
• Ensure timely responses and maintain organized communication records.
• Track lead sources and report engagement insights to management.

• Ensure a smooth first interaction experience for potential clients.
• Follow up with prospects when necessary.
• Maintain consistent communication across digital channels.

• 23 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, Lead Qualification, or Customer Engagement roles.
• Experience handling CRM leads, website inquiries, or digital communication channels.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Sales-related fields.
• Experience working with CRM tools and lead management systems.
• Candidates based in Lucknow will be preferred or willing to relocate in Lucknow will be preffered.
