This role offers hands-on exposure to AI-driven SaaS products, enterprise decision-makers, and structured B2B sales processes within a fast-paced, product-focused environment.
The Pre-Sales Executive will play a critical role in supporting the sales function by engaging enterprise retail clients and assisting across the complete sales lifecycle from initial outreach and research to product demonstrations and proposal support.
This position is ideal for early-career professionals who are serious about building a long-term career in B2B Sales, SaaS, and AI-driven technology. Structured training, close mentorship, and practical exposure will be provided to accelerate professional growth.
Client Research & Engagement
- Research and identify prospective retail brands and key decision-makers
- Initiate professional communication with potential clients
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and product demonstrations
- Develop a strong understanding of our AI-based retail analytics platform
- Assist in live product demonstrations
- Gradually lead demonstrations independently after training
- Assist in preparing pitch decks and commercial proposals
- Support the sales team during deal qualification and closure
- Understand client requirements and participate in basic ROI discussions
- Prepare MIS and performance reports
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales tracking data
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success teams
- Final-year students or recent graduates (2024 / 2025 / 2026 batches)
- Any graduate degree; MBA (Marketing / Business) preferred
- Strong communication skills in English
- Interest in technology, AI, and client-facing roles
- Willingness to work full-time from our Coimbatore office
