Job Description

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

1.Keeping an account of the overall leads, received source and followup details to be maintained.

2.Analize and qualify inbound/outbound leads based on requirement and project scope.

3.Calls to be done on an immediate basis once the lead has been received.

4.Every lead to be reached out 8 times based on the customers response.


  • Adjective of the lead is to converted as an prospect.
  • Reaching out to customers in different ways.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends and property types is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

  • Any Bachelors degree
  • Exp:3+yrs
