Pre-Sales Executive (Engineer)
Profile:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Executive (Engineer) to support our business development and bidding activities in the Construction / Infrastructure sector.
If you have strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and an interest in techno-commercial roles, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect and follow up with prospective clients as guided by Management
- Understand client requirements and present suitable technical solutions
- Develop technical presentations and supporting documents for client meetings
- Scrutinize tender / RFP documents and extract key technical, commercial, and compliance requirements
- Assist in preparation, formatting, and submission of Technical & Commercial proposals
- Ensure timely submissions as per client schedules
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposal preparation and compliance
- Provide technical clarifications and support during the pre-sales stage
Key Skills:
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Good problem-solving and analytical ability
- Excellent coordination and follow-up skills
- Attention to detail in document scrutiny and formatting
- Ability to manage deadlines and adhere to timelines
Qualifications:
- BMS or Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / IT / Mechanical or relevant discipline)
- Preference for candidates from Construction / Infrastructure industry
- Willingness to travel as required
