Job Description

Note: This is a contract role, with renewal occurring every 3 months based on business requirements.


Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Presales Operations & BI Analyst to support our India Presales function with data management, reporting, and operational excellence. This role will work closely with the Head of Presales to streamline RFP/sales operations, elevate data visibility, and strengthen decision-making through high-quality dashboards, analytics, and documentation support.


Key Responsibilities:

Business Intelligence & Reporting

  • Maintain JIRA dashboards, reports, and workflows to track RFP/ sales lifecycle, presales pipeline, resource allocation, and productivity metrics.
  • Develop Power BI or equivalent dashboards to provide insights on win/loss trends, proposal velocity, and presales performance KPIs.
  • Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and consistency across presales systems


Presentation & Documentation Excellence

  • Create, refine, and standardize PowerPoint decks for proposals, executive briefings, and RFP submissions.
  • Support the team with high-quality templates, visualizations, and storyline structuring


Administrative & Enablement Support

  • Support presales governance meetings with updated data packs and insights
  • Assist in onboarding new presales team members into workflows, tools, and repositories


Required Skills & Experience

  • 25 years of experience in BI, sales operations, presales operations, or similar analytical support roles.
  • Strong expertise in JIRA dashboards, filters, workflows, and administration.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and preferably Power BI/Tableau.
  • Experience working in IT consulting, technology services, or a B2B enterprise environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail, data discipline, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with urgency and precision


Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with presales processes, proposal management.
  • Exposure to CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).
  • Understanding of cloud, enterprise solutions, or software services (bonus, not mandatory)
