Eligibility: Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Any Discipline

Industry: AV / ELV / Smart Building Solutions

What Youll Be Doing:

Understand customer requirements for Audio-Video solutions

Conduct site surveys and capture/validate all technical pre-requisites

Design appropriate, scalable multi-vendor AV solutions

Validate designs and solutions with OEMs and customers

Configure, integrate, and commission AV systems

Perform system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Handle pre-sales and post-sales technical support activities

Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and OEM partners

Attend OEM technical trainings and certification programs

What Were Looking For:

Hands-on experience in designing & commissioning AV solutions

Strong exposure to boardrooms, meeting rooms, training rooms, auditoriums & conference rooms

Knowledge of multi-vendor AV ecosystems

Experience in ELV solutions (added advantage)

Good communication skillsverbal and email

Ability to work collaboratively with teams and external vendors

Good to Have:

CTS Certified Engineer

Knowledge of programming Crestron Controllers

Experience with Digital Signal Processors (DSPs) and Audio Mixers
