Key Responsibilities
- Rapidly understand and analyze business requirements from client opportunities, discovery calls, internal notes, or light RFPsidentify core problems, goals, KPIs, and value drivers.
- Leverage experience with BRDs (Business Requirements Documents) and FRDs (Functional Requirements Documents) to map needs into structured solution frameworks and narratives.
- Structure thinking clearly: define win themes, differentiation, objection handlers, ROI stories, and logical flow (problem context our AI-powered approach measurable outcomes).
- Grasp technical context quickly (e.g., agentic AI systems, GenAI accelerators, cloud modernization, infrastructure optimization) and translate into client-friendly, persuasive language.
- Convert deep understanding into sharp deliverables: craft executive-ready pitch decks, positioning statements, SOW outlines, KPI/board-level slides, and strategic sales narratives that highlight business impact.
- Collaborate real-time with sales leaders, technical experts, AI teams, and executivesincorporate feedback fast and iterate under pressure.
- Own fast-turnaround proposal cycles: from analysis to polished output, ensuring tailored, high-quality content that wins in competitive, short-cycle deals.
- Continuously refine messaging and positioning for recurring AI/GenAI themes across opportunities.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Experience in pre-sales support, proposal writing, business analysis, project management, or solution consultingdirect experience working with BRDs/FRDs strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to understand business requirements deeply and translate them into structured, client-centric solutions.
- Exceptional structured thinking you break down complexity into clear, logical stories and frameworks.
- Solid technical comprehension quick to learn and position AI/GenAI, cloud, or digital concepts credibly (no coding required, but must understand enough to sell effectively).
- Track record of converting understanding into sharp decks, positioning, and strategy samples of sales decks/proposals you've personally written/led (highlight your analysis, structuring, and writing contributions).
- Outstanding written & verbal English: crisp, professional, persuasive, no fluff; expert in PowerPoint/Google Slides for visual storytelling.
- High-pressure resilience: independent, proactive, positive attitude; thrives in ambiguity and rapid deadlines.
- Comfort interfacing directly with senior stakeholders and handling real-time feedback.
