Job Description
Role: Pre Sales & Bid Management
Location: Mumbai
Experience Range: 2 to 5years
Must have:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent in English language
- Strong MS-Office suite proficiency with MIS
- Strong analytical skills
Responsibilities:
- Work with internal teams and stake holders in creating our response to RFP’s shared by the Sales Team. Ensure compliance to bid submission dates. Daily tracking of Corrigendum’s and/or Addendums in relation to the Tenders (active)
- Assist in preparing formal sales proposals and tender documents, prepare solution proposals as per requirements and product fitment
- Analyzing client requirements and communicating the same to internal teams (legal, product and platforms) in order to prepare contracts and get a sign-off
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Qtrly./Annual updates and monitoring of PAN-India Opportunity Tracker.
- Develop good understanding of TCS iON solutions, offerings that GTM team takes them to market and be part of any trainings related to Products
- Provide backend support to GTM team on daily basis, work with internal teams to enable seamless flow of activities
