Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pre-Sales Associate based in Mumbai. The Pre-Sales Associate will engage with prospective clients to understand their needs, present appropriate solutions, and demonstrate offerings. Responsibilities include preparing proposals, responding to queries, assisting with pre-sales documentation, identifying potential opportunities, and maintaining an in-depth understanding of BelleVies products and services to provide tailored recommendations. The role requires seamless collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer-specific requirements are met.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Pre-Sales Associate to join our real

estate rental and resale division. This role involves engaging with potential customers

through outbound calling, qualifying leads, and scheduling property site visits. As the

first point of contact, you will play a vital role in building our customer pipeline and

ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily outbound calls to prospects generated via campaigns, property

portals, and referrals.

Qualify leads based on customer requirements, including budget, location, and

property preferences.

Schedule site visits for Relationship Associates and ensure coordination with the

client.

Provide clear and accurate information regarding the companys services,

available properties, and packages.

Maintain complete lead details, interaction history, and follow-up notes in

CRM/lead tracking tools.

Share daily/weekly performance reports including call summaries, lead status,

and visit schedules.

Follow up with clients post-visit and update their feedback for the sales team.

Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure a smooth client

experience.


Candidate Requirements

Graduation (any stream); real estate experience is a plus

02 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or pre-sales (real estate

preferred but not mandatory)

Excellent verbal communication skills in English (Regional language is a plus)

Comfortable working in a performance-driven, target-based environment

Basic proficiency in Excel and lead management tools
