Role: Presale Lead PLM Transformation Programs

Experience: 10+ years

Location: Any location in India

Required Technical Skill Set:

PLM platforms (Teamcenter, Windchill, 3DExperience, ARAS, Oracle, SAP PLM)

Preferred: Cloud, ALM, Automation, AI/ML, GenAI

Must-Have:

- End-to-end experience in PLM transformation programs

- Solution design and proposal management

- Strong estimation and pricing skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Stakeholder management and client engagement

- Knowledge of Agile methodology

- Familiarity with ALM, Cloud, Automation, Integration, GenAI, AI/ML

- Ability to coordinate with sales, delivery, and technical teams

- Process improvement and mentoring skills

Good-to-Have:

- Exposure to ERP/MES/Asset Management/Digital Twins

- Experience in manufacturing, hi-tech, or retail verticals

- Understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies
