Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Pre-primary Teachers at Jain Heritage School Whitefield in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include developing and delivering an engaging curriculum for young learners, fostering a creative and nurturing learning environment, and effectively communicating with students, parents, and colleagues. Teachers will implement teaching strategies tailored to early childhood education while cultivating essential foundational skills in students.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Curriculum Development and Teaching in early childhood or elementary education
• Thorough understanding of Elementary Education principles and techniques
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
• Formal educational background and certification in Education or related fields such as NTT.
• Ability to create a nurturing and engaging classroom environment
• Experience in implementing innovative teaching methods, preferably aligned with Finnish Pedagogy, is a plus
• Dedication to fostering holistic growth and development in young learners
