Pre-primary Teacher

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lucknow for a Pre-primary Teacher. The Pre-primary Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, creating and implementing developmentally appropriate curricula, and fostering a safe, nurturing classroom environment. Day-to-day tasks include teaching diverse subjects, managing classroom behavior, assessing students progress, and collaborating with fellow teachers and parents. Additional responsibilities include inspiring curiosity, creativity, and confidence in young learners.

• Strong skills in Teaching and Elementary Education to support early childhood learning and development
• Proficiency in Curriculum Development and knowledge of child-centric learning approaches
• Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and colleagues
• Background in Education with appropriate certifications or training in early childhood education
• Patience, empathy, and an ability to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Experience in implementing creative teaching methods to engage young learners is preferred
