Role Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and committed Pre-Primary & Primary School Teachers for a full-time, on-site position at Hindavi English Medium School (Pune District).

The selected candidates will:

• Design and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans
• Deliver interactive and student-centered classroom instruction
• Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment
• Monitor and assess student progress through regular evaluations
• Encourage creativity, participation, and holistic development
• Maintain effective communication with parents regarding student progress
• Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance teaching practices and school standards

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Education or relevant field (D.Ed / B.Ed / ECCEd preferred)
• Strong foundation in Teaching and Elementary Education
• Ability to develop innovative and structured curriculum plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and genuine passion for working with children
• Fluency in English (additional language proficiency is an advantage)
• Prior teaching experience preferred; freshers with strong teaching aptitude may apply
