This is a full-time on-site role for a Preprimary Coordinator, located in Bengaluru. The Preprimary Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and curriculum implementation of the preprimary school section. This includes planning and coordinating lessons, supervising teachers and staff, ensuring a safe learning environment, and fostering positive relationships with students, parents, and the school community. The role also involves monitoring and evaluating educational programs to ensure high standards of teaching and learning while aligning with the school's vision and policies.

• Expertise in Early Childhood Education and Curriculum Development
• Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Organizational skills
• Excellent Communication, Collaboration, and Interpersonal abilities
• Understanding of Child Psychology, Behavior Management, and Student Engagement
• Proficiency in Monitoring, Evaluating, and Improving Teaching Practices
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Education or related field, with a focus on Early Childhood Education
• Previous experience as a Preprimary Coordinator or in a similar leadership role is preferred
• Commitment to maintaining a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
