Profile Summary

Advenser is seeking an experienced Revit Precast Detailer (59 years) to join our Kochi team. The role involves producing accurate precast detailing primarily in Autodesk Revit, supported by AutoCAD. Responsibilities include creating and managing precast families, preparing BBS, coordinating with engineering teams, and ensuring all models and drawings meet international standards. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Revit-based precast workflows, with strong knowledge of precast reinforced concrete detailing and the ability to deliver high-quality outputs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit & precast detailing.

Knowledge of international codes & standards.

Experience in family creation.

Good communication & coordination skills.

Skills and Requirements:

59 years in rebar detailing and reinforced concrete structures.

Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, RebarCAD, CADS RC, and Tekla Structures.

Expert in BBS preparation and detailing standards.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Familiarity with BIM workflows (preferred).
