Precast - BIM Detailer - Shop Drawings

Role:- BIM Detailer

Job Summary:

The BIM Detailer will be responsible for developing detailed Revit models and production drawings for precast concrete elements. The role involves translating design inputs into accurate and coordinated precast shop drawings suitable for fabrication and production

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare 3D Revit models and detailed precast shop drawings for elements such as walls, columns, beams, slabs, stairs, and facade panels.
• Coordinate closely with BIM lead and Structural engineers.
• Update drawings based on design revisions or client comments.
• Ensure compliance with company BIM standards and quality procedures.
• Support the BIM Lead or Senior Engineer in project documentation and model management.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit Structure (mandatory).
• Good understanding of precast construction methods and detailing requirements.
• Ability to interpret structural and architectural drawings accurately.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD
• Attention to detail, organized work approach, and commitment to quality.
• Capable of working independently under supervision of senior BIM detailer.
