Job Title: Pre School Teacher

Job Location: Gurugram Sector 37 and 79

Salary: 15k-25k per month

We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and qualified Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment that supports the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of young children.

Roles:

• Plan and implement appropriate lesson plans and activities
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Support childrens social, emotional, and developmental growth
• Observe, assess, and document childrens progress
• Maintain classroom cleanliness, safety, and organization
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding child progress
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and administrative staff
• Follow school policies, procedures, and early childhood education standards
  

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field)
• Prior experience working with preschool children preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with children
• Knowledge of child development and early learning frameworks
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
