Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pre Sales/Proposal Specialist, based in Noida. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their requirements and delivering tailored proposals aligned with their business needs. Key responsibilities include identifying potential clients, preparing proposals, coordinating with different teams for pre-sales activities, and providing sales support. The specialist will also engage in conducting demonstrations, answering client queries, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process for prospective clients.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to identify client demands and offer appropriate solutions.
• Experience in Training and the ability to guide teams or clients in the utility and implementation of services.
• Good understanding of proposal writing and developing tailored content for client presentations.
• Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in relevant tools and software will be considered an advantage.
• Academic qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field is preferred.
