Job Description
As the Pre-Sales Lead for the Provider domain, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by supporting the sales team with technical and domain expertise. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and technical teams to design tailored solutions for healthcare providers, articulate value propositions, and showcase the organization's capabilities. Your deep understanding of the provider domain will help bridge the gap between client needs and product offerings, ensuring the successful delivery of impactful proposals and demonstrations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design comprehensive solutions for healthcare providers, considering their workflows, compliance needs, and industry challenges.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the companys offerings, including features, benefits, and technical architecture.
- Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language during client interactions.
- Lead the development of responses to RFPs/RFIs, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Stay updated on trends, regulations, and challenges within the healthcare provider domain (e.g., value-based care, EMR/EHR integration, patient engagement, and telehealth).
- Expertise in solution architecture, system integrations, and data interoperability in healthcare.
- Relevant certifications such as HIMSS, HL7, or vendor-specific certifications (e.g., Epic, Cerner).
