Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Pre-Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, nurturing leads, and coordinating with prospective buyers to schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys communication, relationship building, and working in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns
• Explain project details clearly to prospective buyers
• Schedule and coordinate site visits for the sales team
• Maintain and update lead data in CRM/Excel
• Build strong relationships with potential customers

Key Requirements

• 0.6 1 year experience in Telecalling / Telesales / Pre-Sales (Real estate preferred)
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi
• Basic understanding of real estate products (Plots / Flats / Commercial)
• Confident, persuasive, and strong relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with MS Excel or CRM software is an added advantage
