• Lead Management & Qualification
• Handle inbound inquiries from calls, WhatsApp, social media, and property portals.
• Identify qualified leads and schedule property discussions or site visits.
• Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure high lead conversion.

• Client Coordination
• Provide clients with detailed information about projects, pricing, and amenities.
• Share brochures, project details, and relevant documentation.
• Coordinate property site visits and ensure a smooth customer experience.

• Support to Sales Team
• Assist the sales team with pre-sales activities.
• Maintain customer databases, records, and sales trackers.
• Ensure timely communication between clients and sales representatives.

• Market Awareness
• Stay updated on project details, inventory, and real estate trends.
• Provide feedback on customer queries to help improve sales strategies.

• Skills & Qualifications
• 12+ years of experience in real estate pre-sales or customer relationship roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
• Good understanding of project details, layouts, pricing, and documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and WhatsApp communication.
