Role OverviewAt Eevagga, Pre-Sales is not just calling leads it is the revenue engine.
As a Pre-Sales Executive, you are the first brand experience for our premium birthday clients. Your role is to qualify, nurture, and strategically prepare every lead for successful closure by the Sales team.
You will ensure:
- High intent conversations
- Strong discovery of client requirements
- Clean CRM management
- High conversion-ready pipeline
Your performance directly impacts our ability to deliver 65+ premium birthday events per month.
- Handle inbound leads from Meta ads, Instagram, website & referrals
- Respond within defined TAT (under 510 minutes during working hours)
- Qualify leads based on:
- Budget range
- Event date
- Guest count
- Theme interest
- Location in Bangalore
- Conduct structured discovery calls
- Understand:
- Client expectations
- Child age & theme preference
- Customization needs
- Budget sensitivity
- Identify upsell potential early
- Update CRM daily with:
- Lead source
- Status
- Call notes
- Budget
- Follow-up schedule
- Maintain clean lead segmentation:
- Hot
- Warm
- Cold
- Lost
- Schedule qualified leads for Sales closure calls
- Share detailed briefing notes to Sales team
- Ensure no information gap before closure conversation
- Follow up with warm leads through:
- Calls
- Message reminders
- Re-activate old leads where relevant
- Maintain follow-up discipline
- Share weekly insights:
- Common objections
- Pricing pushbacks
- Competitor comparisons
- Theme demand trends
Pre-Sales is the data voice of the market.
Who Should Apply- 13 years experience in telecalling / pre-sales / inside sales
- Strong communication skills (English + Kannada preferred)
