Role Overview
Were looking for dynamic and motivated 'Pre-Sales Executive/ Inside Sales Executive' with experience in real-estate sales, or lead management. The ideal candidate will handle inbound leads, qualify prospects, and support the sales team in driving conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Set daily/weekly targets and monitor performance.
- Conduct regular training for call quality and lead handling.
- Oversee the complete pre-sales funnel from lead capture to qualification.
- Ensure timely follow-up and accurate lead qualification.
- Improve conversion rates across all funnel stages.
- Create and refine calling scripts, qualification frameworks, and SOPs.
- Standardise communication across calls, email, WhatsApp, and CRM.
- Identify bottlenecks and improve lead flow efficiency.
- Work closely with Sales to improve lead quality and handover process.
- Coordinate with Marketing on campaigns and lead insights.
- Developer Relations for updated project information.
- Handle escalations related to pre-sales communication.
- Step in for high-value or critical leads when needed.
- Ensure customers receive a professional and seamless first impression.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 12 years of Inside sales/ Pre-sales Expertise in Real-estate Field.
- Strong communication and people management skills.
- Proven ability to drive KPIs and achieve conversion targets.
- Expertise in CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret funnels and performance data.
- Goal-driven, persuasive, and customer-focused mindset.
