About the Role:-
AccioJob is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Pre-Sales Executive to support our sales team by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to understand customer needs and present suitable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:-
Lead Qualification & Engagement
- Reach out to potential customers via calls, emails, and other channels.
- Qualify leads based on interest, budget, and requirements.
- Educate prospects about our programs and offerings.
Product Presentation & Consultation
- Conduct initial discussions and provide detailed information on our courses.
- Address customer queries and concerns effectively.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings or demos with the sales team.
CRM Management & Reporting
- Maintain and update lead details in the CRM system.
- Track and analyze lead conversion rates and suggest improvements.
- Prepare reports and share insights with the sales and marketing teams.
Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Teams
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
- Provide feedback to marketing on customer pain points and FAQs.
- Participate in promotional campaigns and outreach activities.
Ideal Candidate:-
- Education : Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience : 0-2 years in pre-sales, inside sales, or tele-counseling (freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
Skills Required :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
