Timing - 10am (9 hours)

Working days - 6 (Monday to Saturday)

About the Role:-

AccioJob is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Pre-Sales Executive to support our sales team by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to understand customer needs and present suitable solutions.


Key Responsibilities:-


Lead Qualification & Engagement

  • Reach out to potential customers via calls, emails, and other channels.
  • Qualify leads based on interest, budget, and requirements.
  • Educate prospects about our programs and offerings.


Product Presentation & Consultation

  • Conduct initial discussions and provide detailed information on our courses.
  • Address customer queries and concerns effectively.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings or demos with the sales team.


CRM Management & Reporting

  • Maintain and update lead details in the CRM system.
  • Track and analyze lead conversion rates and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare reports and share insights with the sales and marketing teams.


Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Teams

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
  • Provide feedback to marketing on customer pain points and FAQs.
  • Participate in promotional campaigns and outreach activities.

Ideal Candidate:-

  • Education : Graduate in any discipline.
  • Experience : 0-2 years in pre-sales, inside sales, or tele-counseling (freshers with strong communication skills can apply).


Skills Required :

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.

  • Good listener with problem-solving skills.
