Job Description

We are looking for a Pre-Sales / Business Solutions Consultant to support enterprise sales

across our transaction banking, trust, payments, and treasury platforms.

The role involves requirement discovery, solutioning, product demos, and RFP support.

acting as a bridge between Sales, Product, and Technology teams.

The ideal candidate should have strong conceptual understanding of BFSI / fintech

products and the ability to translate client business needs into scalable platform-based

solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Pre-Sales & Client Solutioning

Understand client business models, transaction flows, and operational requirements

Map requirements to existing platform capabilities and propose optimal solutions

Identify gaps, dependencies, and configuration/customisation needs

2. Client Engagement & Discovery

Participate in client meetings, discovery sessions, and solution discussions

Act as solution SPOC during the pre-sales lifecycle

Support sales teams in positioning products effectively

3. Product Demonstrations & Use-Case Walkthroughs

Conduct tailored product demos aligned to client use-cases

Prepare demo flows, presentations, and solution notes

Support sandbox, PoC, and integration discussions

4. RFP / RFI / Proposal Support

Support preparation of RFP, RFI, and proposal responses

Draft solution overviews, process flows, and capability mappings

Coordinate with product, tech, and compliance teams for inputs

5. Internal Collaboration

Work closely with Product, Tech, and Implementation teams

Provide structured feedback from prospects and clients to product teams

Preferred Product Knowledge / Exposure

The candidate should have working knowledge or exposure to a few (not necessarily all)

of the following product areas:

Transaction Banking & Platforms

Corporate Internet Banking (CIB)

Escrow & Trust Account solutions

NACH (SB / Corporate / mNACH)

RERA-linked payment and compliance workflows

TRA (Trust & Retention Account) platforms

Commercial Cards

Cash Management Services (CMS)

Trust, Payments & Treasury

Treasury Management Systems (TMS)

Payouts & Collections including:

oUPI AutoPay

oNACH / mNACH

oBBPS

oPayment Gateway integrations

oVirtual Accounts / DLC

Reconciliation & MIS platforms

Lending infrastructure (Co-lending, SCF)

Digital documentation workflows

Verification & Validation APIs (e.g., Bank Account Verification BAV)

Note: Deep expertise in all modules is not expected. Strong conceptual understanding and

solutioning capability are key.

Required Skills & Experience


36 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Business Solutions, Solution Consulting, or

Business Analysis roles

Exposure to BFSI / Fintech / SaaS / Transaction Banking domains

Ability to understand technical concepts and present them in business-friendly

language

Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills

Experience working with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders

Good to Have

Experience with banks, NBFCs, fintechs, or large corporates

Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and basic system architecture

Exposure to RFPs, solution decks, and proposal documentation


Budget fro the role is 13lpa
